Hoosier Hospitality hot sauce

This sauce will take some time to develop.   This sauce will be as smooth and taste comforting as a rich nourishing bowl of vegetable soup.  It will have little to no heat.

Hoosier Mint Julep hot sauce

Yes, a Hoosier Mint Julep.  Another sauce I've always wondered about is a spicy sweet hot sauce with a hint of mint.  Development will begin in 2008.

Awards

Pecan Smoked Hoosier Carrot Juice hot sauce won 2nd place at the first annual Open Fields Hot Sauce Contest in 2007.  It took 2nd place among many competitors in the amateur "hot" division.  Next year, we compete with the big boys since we are now a "bonafide" company.
